conversions from other games can work well for this I use a lot from Life is Strange, especially the wall writings here and here.

I use the two dead plants in this set a lot too.

their builds are also worth looking at the cc lists especially on the older ones should give you some ideas.

some favorites of mine are the island living roof/awning recolors, cardboard rugs, questionable heating duct, & folding chair.

pictureamoebae has a lot of slightly grungy/worn recolors, especially of walls/floors/seating.
